These terms and conditions set forth a legally binding agreement between yourself ("You", "User") and the Company ("Agreement").

By using these Sites and Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting a webpage on the eWoFF Network, logging into a Site, following a link that contains a Site address, you agree to be bound this agreement. This Agreement applies to ALL visitors of the Sites and Services.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for periodic review of this Agreement. The date of last update shall be posted on this Agreement. The Company may choose to notify, but is not required to notify, the User of an update to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Sites and Services constitutes your acceptance of any updates to the Agreement.

The Company publishes a privacy policy that outlines our information gathering and dissemination practices of our Sites and Services. The Privacy Policies of the Sites and Services are incorporated herein by this reference.

The Sites and Services are designed, developed, and intended to be accessed and used directly by individuals. The Company reserves the right to block access to any Site or Service by any program or an automated system without any warning or notification.

You understand the some information on our Sites and Services cannot be deleted or removed. You also understand that most information is backed and copied periodically for recovery and other operations. Some copies of the backup information may be stored and preserved indefinitely. The existence of this backed up information does not give you any rights to access this information. The Company will not help you recover any information that you delete from your account.

The Company prohibits any use of Sites and Services for any activity that breaks the laws that are applicable to the User or the laws that are applicable the Company. The Company will support law enforcement agencies and investigations as it is able.
