Agreement

offered by eWoFF.com, Incorporated, an Illinois, USA corporation ("Company").
The Company builds, owns, and offers access to and use of Internet based applications,
content, tools and other services on this website, nvytr.com ("Site"), and
other related sites and web services ("Sites and Services").
These terms and conditions set forth a legally binding agreement ("Agreement") between
yourself ("You", "User") and the Company.
By using these Sites and Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting
a webpage on the eWoFF Network, logging into a Site, following a link that contains
a Site address, you agree to be bound this agreement. This Agreement applies to
ALL visitors of nvytr.com and other Company Sites and Services.
Updates to this Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. You are responsible
for periodic review of this Agreement. The date of last update shall be posted on
this Agreement. The Company may choose to notify, but is not required to notify, the
User of an update to the Agreement. Your continued use of the Sites and
Services constitutes your acceptance of any updates to the Agreement.
Privacy Policy
The Company publishes a privacy policy that outlines our information gathering and
dissemination practices of our Sites and Services. The Privacy Policies of the
Sites and Services are incorporated herein by this reference.
Human Use
This Site and Company's other Sites and Services are designed, developed, and intended
to be accessed and used directly by individuals. The Company reserves the right to
block access to any Site or Service by any program or an automated system without
any warning or notification.
Information Lifespan
You understand the some information on our Sites and Services cannot be deleted or
removed. You also understand that most information is backed and copied periodically
for recovery and other operations. Some copies of the backup information may be
stored and preserved indefinitely. The existence of this backed up information does
not give you any rights to access this information. The Company will not help you
recover any information that you delete from your account.

The Company will support law enforcement agencies and investigations as it is able.
Term
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Website. You
may terminate your use of the Site or your membership at any time by emailing info@nvytr.com.
Company may terminate your access to the Site or your membership at any time, for any
reason, and without warning. Many convents of this Agreement survive the termination of
your use of the Sites and Services.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company, its suppliers and each of their
respective officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express
or implied, in connection with the Sites and Services and your use thereof, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In addition, neither Company nor its suppliers, nor any of their respective officers,
directors, employees, and agents, makes any warranties or representations about the
accuracy, currency, relevance, or completeness of the Site's content or the content
of any sites linked to the Site, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any
(a) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from

from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance

directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations,
losses, liabilities, costs or debt, demands, and expenses (including but not limited to

any Content that you post thereon; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement or
your representations and warranties set forth above; (c) your violation of any third
party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
or (d) any claim that one of your submissions caused damage to a third party.
